Dr Adam Inche

Trustee

I am the founder and CEO of Lentitek Ltd, a Scottish based biotechnology company that is building solutions to better manufacture lentivirus vectors used in advanced cell and gene therapy applications such as CAR-T.

I am delighted to join the Board of Trustees at Medical Research Scotland and to contribute my experience in biotechnology entrepreneurship, scientific communication and the commercialisation of life sciences innovation. Throughout my career across both research and industry, I have developed a strong interest in helping scientists translate great ideas into real-world impact, while also communicating the value of their work beyond the laboratory. Scotland has an exceptional pipeline of emerging scientific talent, and organisations such as Medical Research Scotland play a vital role in supporting researchers at the earliest stages of their careers. As a trustee, I am particularly excited to share insights from building and growing biotechnology ventures, and to help early-career scientists navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with translating scientific discovery into solutions that benefit patients and society.
